Shipping policy
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Unless it contains a pre-order, laminated resource or special order item, if your order is placed before 11:30am Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) then it should ship the same day.
If your order contains laminated resources, these are usually made to order so will ship as soon as they are completed (often within 24-48 hours, although this may be longer during our busy back to school season). These may ship separately to the rest of your order at no extra cost to you, so don't be alarmed if you receive more than one parcel!
If your item is a pre-order, your whole order will be held until all items are ready. ETA for pre-order items will show on the product. If you'd like to release the rest of your order sooner, then please contact us (there will be an additional shipping charge to do this).
Special order items ship directly from the supplier, these have a variety of lead times which are displayed below. If this lead time has passed and you still haven't received your item, please contact us.

FREE UK DELIVERY - ON ORDERS OVER £75
If this option does not show on checkout this means your postcode is not eligible due to being outside where our couriers class as ‘Mainland UK’ or your order value is below £75.
We offer a choice of UK delivery options for your convenience. After you have chosen the products you want to buy, simply click checkout and you will be presented with the available shipping options based on the weight and size of the products you want and also your shipping destination.

Aim to deliver within two - three working days - these times are not guaranteed.

Delivery can take up to 5 working days, it may not leave us on the day of placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: As the buyer and importer you may be liable for any tax/duty charges levied by customs in your country. These are usually payable to the courier company and your parcel may not be released until this is paid. We are not responsible for these charges and you as the buyer and importer will be liable for these. Please check your allowances carefully with your customs department, and only proceed with your order if you are happy to accept the charges if there are any.
Please note for most of our delivery options there will need to be someone in to receive the delivery. If the delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from the depot.
If a parcel is returned to us marked "not collected" or "3 delivery attempts made" then we will contact you and there will be a charge for the items to be redelivered.
If a parcel is returned to us marked "incorrect address" or "address not complete" we will also charge for redelivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address and postcode. If the order does not arrive and the address is found to be incorrect (or the postcode) then we will not be held responsible for the loss.
If you leave a shipping instruction such as 'leave in shed' or 'leave in recycling bin' please be aware this is down to driver discretion and the responsibility lies with you to check the designated delivery place. Neither us nor the courier company can be held responsible if you ask for your item to be left in a bin that is then subsequently collected/emptied. Please be aware of this when leaving a shipping/delivery instruction.
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT THE DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE FOR THE TIME TAKEN ONCE YOUR ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED.
MOST ORDERS ARE SENT ON THE SAME WORKING DAY IF ORDERS ARE PLACED BEFORE 11:30am, BUT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED READY MADE RESOURCES OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IT MAY TAKE LONGER.
