Digital Downloads:

Please note that refunds/returns are not available on digital download products.

By checking out you understand that you waive the right to return due to the nature of instant downloads.  If you do not accept this you need to tell us before you complete the checkout and your downloads will be held for 14 days before being released to you.


Faulty items:

If your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you and the faulty item collected/returned with postage refunded.


Ready made items:

We will accept returns for ready made items that are sent back to us in as new condition. Buyer pays for return postage (please obtain proof of posting and ensure the item is packed sufficiently to avoid damage in transit as we will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post). Ready made resources are any physical resources such as games/posters plus stock resources that are COMPLETE READY MADE.

As per consumer contracts regulations, any items that are personalised (such as banners, tray and coat labels etc) or made to order (print/laminate options other than complete ready made, signs and furniture) are not eligible to return or cancel once the item has been placed in production.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase - please contact us via email or the contact us form before returning an item and we will explain the procedure to you.

Please be aware if you return goods you will only be eligible for a refund on base postage charges, if you pay to upgrade delivery this charge will not be refunded.  If you upgrade to 1-2 days tracked you will be refunded the current rate for 2-3 days tracked.  If you make any courier upgrade (eg Next Day by 12, Saturday etc) you will be refunded the current standard courier rate

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (this came into force in June 2014, replacing Distance Selling Regulations)



You can cancel a recurring payment (subscription) by logging into your Paypal account and cancelling the recurring payment. You can also contact us and we can do this for you. Please be aware partial refunds are not available - if you have used the benefits of your subscription at any time during the subscription period, we are unable to refund.


Damaged/missing items:

All damaged items need to be signed for as damaged if the outer carton is damaged (this is a requirement for claims from couriers). All damages or missing items must be reported with photographs within 7 days of receipt, claims outside this time will not be accepted. Please keep all packaging as this is needed for a damage claim to be processed.
