If this option does not show on checkout this means your postcode is not eligible due to being outside where our couriers class as ‘Mainland UK’ or your order value is below £75

 

We offer a choice of UK delivery options for your convenience. After you have chosen the products you want to buy, simply click checkout and you will be presented with the available shipping options based on the weight and size of the products you want and also your shipping destination.

 

UK Delivery Information


 STANDARD - 3 WORKING DAYS - daily cut off time 11:30am

  • Aim to deliver within two - three working days - these times are not guaranteed.

EXPRESS - 1-2 WORKING DAYS - daily cut off time 11:30am

  • Delivery to UK destinations. This does NOT include Saturday or Sunday.
  • Email/SMS confirmation of shipment and item out for delivery.

  • Free online confirmation and proof of delivery

    ECONOMY SMALL - up to 5 working days - daily cut off time 11:30am

    • Delivery can take up to 5 working days, it may not leave us on the day of placing your order.
    • from only £1.95

     

    Special Order Items

    Special order items ship directly from the supplier, these have a variety of lead times which are displayed below.  If this lead time has passed and you still haven't received your item, please contact us.

    Please be aware there will be additional charges for outside mainland UK (this applies to Northern Ireland) on these items.  You will be contacted with the extra shipping charge information before your order is processed, at this point you can opt to pay the extra or cancel the order and we will refund you.

    Twoey products (SKU begins SO-TW-) :  Allow 2-6 weeks

    Upson Downs Signs (SKU begins SO-UD-) : Allow 2 weeks

    Wildgoose products (SKU begins SO-WG-) :  Allow 7-10 working days

    Youngstart products (SKU begins SO-YS-) : Allow 3 -5 working days

     

     

    Please note for most of our delivery options there will need to be someone in to receive the delivery. If the delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from the depot.

    If a parcel is returned to us marked "not collected" or "3 delivery attempts made" then we will contact you and there will be a charge for the items to be redelivered. 

    If a parcel is returned to us marked "incorrect address" or "address not complete" we will also charge for redelivery.

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address and postcode. If the order does not arrive and the address is found to be incorrect (or the postcode) then we will not be held responsible for the loss.

    If you leave a shipping instruction such as 'leave in shed' or 'leave in recycling bin' please be aware this is down to driver discretion and the responsibility lies with you to check the designated delivery place. Neither us nor the courier company can be held responsible if you ask for your item to be left in a bin that is then subsequently collected/emptied. Please be aware of this when leaving a shipping/delivery instruction.

     

    PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT THE DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE FOR THE TIME TAKEN ONCE YOUR ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED.

    MOST ORDERS ARE SENT ON THE SAME WORKING DAY IF ORDERS ARE PLACED BEFORE 11:30am, BUT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED READY MADE RESOURCES OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IT MAY TAKE LONGER.
