Special order items ship directly from the supplier, these have a variety of lead times which are displayed below. If this lead time has passed and you still haven't received your item, please contact us.
Please be aware there will be additional charges for outside mainland UK (this applies to Northern Ireland) on these items. You will be contacted with the extra shipping charge information before your order is processed, at this point you can opt to pay the extra or cancel the order and we will refund you.

If your basket exceeds the amount pre installed (smaller orders should be calculated accurately), please leave the items in your basket and send a query via our contact us form to allow us to prepare a quote for you.
PLEASE NOTE: As the buyer and importer you may be liable for any tax/duty charges levied by customs in your country. These are usually payable to the courier company and your parcel may not be released until this is paid. We are not responsible for these charges and you as the buyer and importer will be liable for these. Please check your allowances carefully with your customs department, and only proceed with your order if you are happy to accept the charges if there are any.
Please note for most of our delivery options there will need to be someone in to receive the delivery. If the delivery is attempted a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from the depot.
If a parcel is returned to us marked "not collected" or "3 delivery attempts made" then we will contact you and there will be a charge for the items to be redelivered.
If a parcel is returned to us marked "incorrect address" or "address not complete" we will also charge for redelivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided the correct delivery address and postcode. If the order does not arrive and the address is found to be incorrect (or the postcode) then we will not be held responsible for the loss.
If you leave a shipping instruction such as 'leave in shed' or 'leave in recycling bin' please be aware this is down to driver discretion and the responsibility lies with you to check the designated delivery place. Neither us nor the courier company can be held responsible if you ask for your item to be left in a bin that is then subsequently collected/emptied. Please be aware of this when leaving a shipping/delivery instruction.
